Pre-Project Assessments
Every Mopex project begins with a baseline to track ongoing, step-by-step improvements. It starts with a 7-Dimension Diagnostic for the QMS framework, which produces a Maturity Score. This score marks our “As-Is” starting point and helps shape the roadmap toward the “To-Be” state.
This diagnostic is a prerequisite for our projects and is ideally completed by the client first, as they have the best understanding of their operations. However, Mopex Consulting will conduct a full assessment before the project begins. You’re welcome to view and download the QMS 7-Dimension Diagnostic to see how you score.

For all Mopex Framework projects, we use a tier-based pricing system based on the estimated project duration in weeks. Our tiers—Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum—offer price ranges corresponding to the estimated timeframe.
The listed prices are baseline rates, but several factors can drive up the minimum cost, including maturity level, compliance risk, urgency, and the size of your organisation.
