Mopex Professional Membership – Terms & Conditions
1. Overview
The Mopex Professional Membership (“Membership”) is a monthly subscription service provided by Mopex Consulting Ltd (“Mopex”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
Membership provides access to commercial benefits, including discounted pricing on Mopex Store products and related features as described on the Mopex Store.
2. Subscription & Billing
- The Membership is billed monthly in advance.
- The current fee is £29 per month (including applicable taxes where stated).
- Payments are processed via approved payment providers (e.g. Stripe).
- Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled.
You authorise Mopex to charge your chosen payment method on each billing cycle.
3. Membership Benefits
Active Members are eligible for the following benefits:
- Access to exclusive member pricing, including approximately 30% discount on Mopex Store products
- Early or priority access to selected new products or releases
- Eligibility for upgrade pricing or discretionary credits (at Mopex’s discretion)
Membership benefits apply only while your subscription remains active and in good standing.
4. Member Discount Usage
- Member discount codes are issued to support individual use by the subscribing customer or organisation
- Discount codes must not be shared, redistributed, or publicly disclosed
- Misuse of discount codes may result in:
- Removal of discount privileges
- Suspension or termination of Membership
Mopex reserves the right to modify or replace discount codes at any time.
5. Eligibility & Licence Scope
Membership benefits:
- Apply only to the subscribing individual or organisation
- Do not grant rights to:
- Resell Mopex products
- Redistribute templates, dashboards, or systems
- White‑label or rebrand Mopex intellectual property
Separate licensing agreements are required for:
- Consulting use across multiple clients
- White‑label or resale rights
- Enterprise deployment beyond a single organisation
6. Failed Payments
If a subscription payment cannot be processed:
- We will attempt to retry payment automatically
- Membership benefits may be temporarily suspended until payment is successful
- If payment remains unresolved, the subscription may be cancelled automatically
Mopex is not responsible for any loss of benefits resulting from failed payments.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your Membership at any time via your customer account.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No further charges will be made after cancellation
- Upon cancellation:
- All Membership benefits cease
- Discount privileges and access to member pricing are immediately withdrawn
No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
8. Changes to Membership
Mopex reserves the right to:
- Modify Membership pricing, benefits, or terms at any time
- Introduce new features or remove existing benefits
- Provide reasonable notice of material changes where applicable
Continued use of the Membership after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Intellectual Property
All Mopex products, templates, systems, and frameworks are the intellectual property of Mopex Consulting Ltd.
Membership provides access to purchase products at discounted rates — it does not transfer ownership or grant additional rights beyond the standard product licence.
10. Limitation of Liability
Mopex Membership is provided for business and professional use only.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Mopex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss
- Total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in the preceding 12 months
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
