Pre-Project Assessments
Every Mopex project begins with a baseline to track ongoing, step-by-step improvements. It starts with a 7-Dimension Diagnostic for the H&S framework, which produces a Maturity Score. This score marks our “As-Is” starting point and helps shape the roadmap toward the “To-Be” state.
This diagnostic is a prerequisite for our projects and is ideally completed by the client first, as they have the best understanding of their operations. However, Mopex Consulting will conduct a full assessment before the project begins. You’re welcome to view and download the H&S 7-Dimension Diagnostic to see how you score.
Mopex H&S Project Framework
Mopex Frameworks break projects into clear, trackable phases, whether guided by a Mopex consultant collaborating with the client or handled directly by the client using their own Mopex H&S Framework package.

Mopex Consulting offers a variety of H&S tools and templates to capture baseline findings and track progress throughout a project. These are part of the client engagement process for consulting projects and stay with the client. For all Mopex Framework projects, we use a tier-based pricing system based on the estimated project duration in weeks. Our tiers—Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum—offer price ranges corresponding to the estimated timeframe.
The listed prices are baseline rates, but several factors can drive up the minimum cost, including maturity level, compliance risk, urgency, and the size of your organisation.
We’ve created a convenient calculator to help you estimate costs for Mopex Consulting, with a formal service quote provided once an MSA is agreed upon.

Mopex H&S toolkits, or “Suggested Assets,” are included in the H&S Framework contract and are commonly used for project consulting.
