Mopex Consulting Ltd — Store Terms & Digital Product Licensing

These Store Terms apply to all purchases made through the Mopex Consulting Ltd online store (“the Store”).

1. Digital Products

Products sold through the Store include, but are not limited to:

• Toolkits
• Templates
• Dashboards
• Frameworks
• Guides and digital resources

All products are delivered digitally and are deemed delivered at the point of download.

2. Licensing

Unless otherwise stated, digital products are licensed under a:

✅ Single‑Organisation Licence

You may:

• Use the product within your organisation
• Modify it for internal use
• Store copies for internal operational purposes

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the product
• Publish or upload it to public platforms
• Use it for commercial resale or training without written permission
• Remove Mopex branding or copyright notices

For multi‑site or multi‑organisation licensing, contact Mopex Consulting Ltd.

3. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital downloads:

✅ All sales are final
❌ Refunds are not provided unless required by law
❌ Refunds are not issued for compatibility issues, user error, or change of mind

4. Compatibility

You are responsible for ensuring:

• Your software can open the file formats provided
• Your systems meet any technical requirements

5. Support

Support for digital products is available via email at support@mopexconsulting.com.
Support does not include customisation unless purchased separately.

6. Liability

Mopex Consulting Ltd is not liable for:

• Loss of data
• Business interruption
• Misuse or misapplication of digital content
• Any indirect or consequential losses

7. Governing Law

These Store Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
