Data Analysis and Dashboard Overview
Mopex Data Analysis projects deliver a variety of outcomes, from conducting Variation Analysis on process study reports to performing in-depth Python analysis or modeling, and creating visuals for key KPIs from your data sources.
We mainly produce our visualizations in Excel to create clean, dynamic KPI dashboards, as it’s a tool most businesses are comfortable with. With the right modeling, we can also extend these visualizations to Power BI.
Variation Analysis
From basic variation analysis to more advanced Six Sigma assessments, Mopex can handle analysis projects or equip you with the tools and templates to tackle them in-house.
Live data tracking, such as from MRP/ERP systems, can be connected via SQL and turned into visuals for easier reading and understanding.
Data extraction, transformation and modelling
Using Power Pivot for data cleaning and modeling makes it easy to create structured dashboards in both Excel and Power BI from the same datasets.
Production & Operations Tracking Dashboards
In our experience, while MRP/ERP systems often come with built-in KPI dashboards, they can be cumbersome to use or may lack the specific KPIs we need.
To address this, custom visuals can be created from static or live MRP data to deliver KPI dashboards. A key example of this is Capacity Planning which allows you to view future orders against resources , as demonstrated in our video.
