Nick Mason, Founder & Principal Architect Certified in Lean Six Sigma and cross-domain systems design, Nick brings over three decades of experience in manufacturing operations management, compliance, and data-driven transformation.
He’s the architect behind Mopex’s branded frameworks — integrating diagnostics, calculators, dashboards, and SOP templates into client-ready delivery models.
Nick’s vision is to build Mopex Consulting into a nationally recognised consultancy, known for its rigor, ROI, and scalable impact.
